Each image gets its own page. The tool fits the image inside the margins without stretching it and centres it. A landscape photo on A4 or Letter gets a landscape page so it is not shrunk.
Formula: with page width W, page height H and margin m, the usable box is (W − 2m) × (H − 2m). The image width is set to the box width; if the resulting height is too tall, the height is set to the box height instead and the width follows from the aspect ratio.
Worked example: a 3000 × 4000 px phone photo of handwritten UPSC Mains notes on A4 with a 10 mm margin. The box is 190 × 277 mm. Width 190 mm would need a height of 253.3 mm, which fits, so the photo is printed at 190 × 253.3 mm and centred with about 21.8 mm of space above and below.
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| A4 | 210 × 297 mm, the standard paper size in India |
| Letter | 8.5 × 11 in (215.9 × 279.4 mm) |
| Fit page to image | Page is 210 mm wide and as tall as the image needs |
| High quality | Full resolution (up to 4000 px), JPEG at 92% |
| Smaller file | Long side limited to 1600 px, JPEG at 75% |
Add all the images, put them in order with the arrow buttons, and click Convert to PDF. Each image becomes one page of a single PDF, in the order shown by the page numbers.
Open this page in Chrome or Safari, tap the upload box, pick photos from your gallery, then tap Convert to PDF. The PDF is saved to your Downloads folder; nothing is uploaded.
Phones store photos with an orientation tag instead of rotating the pixels, and some PDF tools ignore it. This tool redraws each photo in your browser first, so pages come out the right way up.
Choose Smaller file under Image quality, which limits each image to 1600 pixels on the long side and uses stronger JPEG compression. For a strict KB limit, compress the images first with the Image Compressor.
Use A4 for Indian forms, printing and college submissions, Letter for US documents, and Fit page to image when you want no white space, such as for long screenshots.
