How to use the 65-day SSC study tracker

  1. Set your Start date in the bar above the schedule. Day 0 moves to that date and all 65 days follow on consecutive calendar days.
  2. Each day, work through the four subject tasks (Maths, Reasoning, English and General Studies), plus the calculation quiz on days that have one, and tick each box as you finish it.
  3. Use the Today, Pending and Completed filters, or the search box, to find a topic, a quiz or a day number such as “Day 12” or “Geometry”.
  4. Watch the dashboard at the top: days cleared, tasks ticked, your current streak and your to-do count. A day counts as cleared only when every task on it is ticked.
  5. Add your own items, such as mock analysis, an error notebook or weak topics, to the to-do list with a High, Medium or Low priority.
  6. Remember that progress is stored only in this browser. “Reset all progress” clears every ticked task on this device.

SSC CGL and CHSL Tier-I exam pattern

SSC CGL Tier-I and SSC CHSL Tier-I are both computer-based objective papers with the same structure: four sections of 25 questions each, with 2 marks per question. The four daily subjects in this tracker map directly onto these sections.

Negative marking: each wrong answer costs 0.50 marks. For example, if you attempt 70 questions and get 60 right and 10 wrong, your score is 60 × 2 − 10 × 0.50 = 120 − 5 = 115 out of 200.

Tips for getting the most from the 65 days

Frequently asked questions

What is the SSC 65-day study tracker?

It is a free day-by-day schedule that gives you one Maths, Reasoning, English and General Studies task for each of 65 days, with a checkbox for every task. Your ticks are saved in your browser, so there is no sign-up.

Can I change the start date of the 65-day plan?

Yes. Pick any date in the Start date box and Day 0 moves to that date. The remaining 64 days follow on consecutive calendar days, and the tasks you have already ticked stay attached to their day numbers.

What is the SSC CGL and CHSL Tier-I exam pattern?

Both papers have 100 objective questions in four sections of 25 questions each: Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude and English. The paper carries 200 marks and lasts 60 minutes.

Is there negative marking in SSC CGL and CHSL Tier-I?

Yes. Each wrong answer costs 0.50 marks, which is a quarter of the 2 marks a correct answer earns. A question you leave unattempted gets no marks and no penalty.

How is the day streak calculated?

The streak counts consecutive days on which every task is ticked, ending today. If today is still in progress, it counts back from yesterday, so an unfinished today does not break your streak.

Where is my progress saved?

Your progress stays in this browser on this device only and nothing is uploaded. If you clear your browser data or open the tracker on another device, it starts fresh.
